为了探究基于选择性激光熔化(Selective laser melting,SLM)技术的个性化舌侧托槽的设计方法和成型工艺,选取合适的病例,扫描患者口腔石膏模型并重建获得牙列的三维模型.对牙列进行排牙设计以及托槽的结构设计,然后用SLM工艺制造个性化舌侧托槽,最后进行喷砂、抛光等后处理.结果表明:3D打印后的舌侧托槽槽沟宽度较设计值偏小0.10 mm,底板厚度较设计值偏大0.16mm,经打印参数的调整,最终获得了精确的尺寸,并成功应用于患者的正畸矫正中.基于SLM成型工艺,实现了个性化舌侧托槽的数字化设计和精确制造,并得到了临床应用.
To study the designing and fabrication processes of customized lingual brackets based on selective laser melting.Firstly,select a appropriate case,scan the plaster model of the patient and reconstruct the 3D model of the teeth.Then arrange the teeth and the structure of the bracket is designed by 3D-software. Next,fabricate brackets by selective laser melting equipment.Finally,the brackets should be polished and other relevant post process.The results show that the width of lingual bracketsslots after 3Dprinting is 0.10 mm smaller than designed value,the thickness of the base plate is 0.16 mm larger than that of the designed value.After adjust the printing parameters,the exact size is obtained and is finally applied to the orthodontic treatment of the patient successfully.Based on selective laser melting process,the digital design and precise fabrication of the individual lingual brackets are come to be true.
