对长白山野生斑玉蕈生物学特性的研究结果表明:斑玉蕈菌丝生长利用多糖和有机氮的能力较强,菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为5,最适培养料含水量为65%。在人工条件下,虽然斑玉蕈容易形成子实体原基,但子实体的发育及孢子的大量弹射所需的环境条件范围较窄、对基物的选择范围较小,这些因素可能是其野生种群稀少的内在原因。而适宜其生存的原始森林面积锐减可能是导致其种群分布面积狭小的外在原因。因此,要加强对野生斑玉蕈资源的生态调查和保护斑玉蕈的的生存环境,从而提高其种群数量。
An experiment was conducted to study the biological characteristics of wild Hypsizygus marmoreus in Changbai Mountain using cottonseed hull as the cultivation material. Result indicates that H. marmoreus can use polysaccharide and organic nitrogen more efficiently. The optimal conditions for mycelia growth were obtained as the water content of cultivation material 60 percent,culture temperature 25 degrees C and pH 5. Although H. marmoreus is easy to form fruitbody,the development of fruitbody and the mass release of spores depend on special environmental conditions and the selection of substrates is restricted,which may be the immanent causes for species endangerment. Moreover,the sharply reduced area of virgin forests may be the external cause. Habitat protection of H. marmoreus should be enhanced with a view to conserving the wild population of this mushroom.
