湖北某低品位氧化铜矿具有氧化程度高、磨矿过程中易泥化等特点,为高效利用该氧化铜矿资源,对其进行浮选试验,分别考察了石灰、硫化钠、丁基黄药、2~#油等药剂用量变化以及药剂间的协同作用对其分选效果的影响。结果表明:4种药剂的用量变化对铜精矿品位影响较小,而对回收率影响较大,同时药剂间的交互作用明显;在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占69.2%、生石灰用量3 kg/t、硫化钠用量2 kg/t、丁基黄药用量50 g/t,2~#油用量33 g/t的条件下,通过2粗1精1扫闭路浮选试验,最终可得到品位20.86%、回收率89.18%的混合铜精矿。
A low grade copper oxide ore is charactered by high degree of oxidation and easily slimezation from Hubei.In order to efficiently utilize the copper oxide ore resource and investigate the effects of factors,such as the reagents dosage of lime,sodium sulfide,butyl xanthate,2~# oil,interaction among the reagents on the separation results,flotation tests were carried out.The experimental results show that the change of the four kinds reagents hare little effect on the grade of copper concentrate,but hare a great effect on the recovery and the interaction among the agents obviously.Under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounts for 69.2%,3 kg/t lime,2 kg/t sodium sulfide,50 g/t butyl xanthate and 33 g/t 2~# oil,via two roughing three cleaning two scavenging closed circuit flotation test,the final copper concentrate with the grade of 20.86% and recovery of 89.18% are obtained.
