为分析体积压裂技术对致密油水平井改造的适应性,在对体积压裂概念和特点研究的基础上,总结了影响体积压裂的主控因素及适应条件。以扎平X致密油水平井为例,分别从储层物性、天然裂缝发育程度、岩石组分、岩石力学特性及储层敏感性等几个方面入手,对该井进行了体积压裂适应性评价。结果表明,扎平X井水平段测井解释平均孔隙度为6.0%,评价渗透率为0.91m D,含油饱和度为47.8%,裂缝网络对产能极限贡献率在10%左右。目的层上下发育一定的天然裂缝;岩石具有一定的脆性,计算结果表明,扎平X井致密油储层岩石脆性相对较好;储层水敏中等偏弱、无酸敏、碱敏中等偏弱、盐敏弱,存在较强速敏;有利于开展体积压裂。但储层存在一定应力敏感性,压裂后返排及生产时应注意控制压差。
In order to analyze the adaptability of volume fracturing technology to the reconstruction of tight oil horizontal wells,summarize the main control factors and the adaptive conditions of volume fracturing,based on the study of the concept and characteristics of the volume fracturing. zhapingx tight oil horizontal well as examples evaluate the adaptability of volume fracturing of the well respectively from the natural fracture reservoir,development degree,rock composition,mechanical properties and reservoir sensitivity of several rock aspects. The results show that the average porosity from logging interpretation of well Zhaping X in horizontal section is 6%,the evaluated permeability is 0. 91 m D,the oil saturation is 47. 8%,the limiting rate of fracture network contribution to capacity is 10%. The up and under of purpose layer develop certain natural fractures; rock has certain brittleness,the calculation results show that rock brittleness of tight reservoir of the Zhaping X wells is relatively good; water sensitivity of reservoir is medium weakly、no acid sensitivity and alkali sensitivity is medium weakly、salt sensitivity is weak,there is a strong velocity sensitivity; therefore it is beneficial to carry out volume fracturing.But there are certain reservoir stress sensitivity,flowback and production should be paid attention to differential pressure.
