针对集群中社会网络和知识网络如何相互作用的问题,构造了由社会网络和知识网络构成的超网络模型.根据超网络中的社会关系水平和知识传播种类2个决策变量,建立了个体基于知识种类、社会关系价值、知识传播的风险、收益、成本等不同偏好下的多目标最优决策模型.在此基础上,运用变分不等式理论,得到同时满足所有个体最优目标约束条件的社会关系水平和知识传播种类的分布(流),发现了超网络的均衡状态.最后,通过对浙江产业集群发展内在机制的剖析及对南浔周边麻业集群的实证结果,佐证了所提出的模型和分析结果.
In order to find out how the social network and knowledge network interact on each other in industrial cluster, a super-network model is developed, which is made up of social network and knowledge network. Based on the social relationship and transferring knowledge, a multiple objective (including knowledge, social relationship value, risk, profit and cost in knowledge transferring) decision model with preference coefficients is presented. After analyzing the optimal functions of all agents and using the variational inequality theory, the equilibrium flows in both social network and knowledge transferring network are found so that the super-network achieves an equilibrium state. An implication for theory and practice in the development of industrial clusters in Zhejiang province are addressed together with empirical figures of linen cluster in Nanxun district.
