英文摘要：

Generalized dynamic spatial panel econometric model is established to analyze driving mechanism and effects of industrial structure upgrading on provincial eco-efficiency from aspects of local effects and interregional interaction. The results show that industrial structure optimizatior improves eco-efficiency of the province itself and other provinces as well, which means that there exist dual positive effects both locally and externally while in- dustrial structure rationalization shows more external positive effects on eco-efficiency. From the perspective of heterogeneity, improvement of economy development is helpful to play the effects mentioned above. Besides, interaction between rationalization and optimization of in- dustrial structure and environmental regulations is helpful to the improvement of the province＇s eco-efficiency.
