目的探讨集体心理治疗对门诊抑郁症患者的疗效。方法将我院心理咨询门诊收治的抑郁症患者120例随机分为实验组与对照组，每组60例，对照组患者给予一种抗抑郁药系统治疗，治疗期间每周进行个体心理治疗；实验组在对照组的治疗方法基础上每2～4周开展一次封闭性集体心理治疗，每组30人，每次12～16h。治疗前后采用HAMD、SDS、SES对患者进行评定，比较两种方法治疗两组患者疗效。结果①治疗前两组患者HAMD、SDS、SES评分间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。②治疗4周末，实验组60例中显效52例，有效率达86．7．％；对照组60例中显效50例，有效率83．3％。两组相比差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。③治疗后实验组及对照组HAMD、SDS评分均下降，SES评分有所提高，治疗前后各量表评分差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。④实验组HAMD、SDS评分均下降程度优于对照组，SES评分提高程度好于对照组，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论集体心理治疗能更有效的缓解抑郁症患者的临床症状，在门诊抑郁症的治疗中值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of group psychological interventions for clinic depressed patients. Methods 120 patients were randomly assigned to receive an antidepressant combined with weekly personal psychological treatment （ 60 patients, control group ）or the previous therapy plus close group psychological interventions every 2 to 4 weeks for 12 to 16 hours （ 60 patients, study group ）. The patients were assessed by HAMD, SDS, SES and questionnaires before and after treatment. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The baseline scores on HAMD, SDS, and SES did not differ significanty between the two groups （P〉0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the effectiveness rate between the study group and the control group after 4-week treatment （ 86.7% vs. 83.3%, P〉0.05 ）. Scores on HAMD and SDS decreased in both groups after treatment and those on SES increased, with a significant difference （ P〉 0.05 ）. The decreased levels of scores on HAMD and SDS and the increased level of score on SES, with a significant difference （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Group psychotherapy is more effective in alleviating symptoms in patients and is worth popularizing in the clinics for depression.
