温度和pH影响溶液中硼(以B2O3计)的富集程度,通过实验测定计算得到不同温度时硼饱和溶液中B2O3的质量分数随pH的变化,并通过方程拟合出不同pH条件下硼饱和溶液中B2O3质量分数随温度的变化。实验结果表明:在10~50℃条件下硼饱和溶液中硼的总浓度随pH的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,60~80℃条件下硼饱和溶液中硼的总浓度随pH的增加呈现先减小后增大再减小的趋势;在pH为8~11条件下随着pH的增加溶液中硼的总浓度增加,当pH=12时硼饱和浓度先增大后减小。
Temperature and pH can affect the enrichment of boron oxide (as B2O3)in solution.Through experimental measure- ments, the changing law of mass fraction of boron oxide with the variation of pH in boron saturated solution at different tem- peratures was obtained, and the fitted equation of mass fraction of boron oxide with the variation of temperatures at different pH was made.The experimental results showed that the total mass fraction of boron oxide first decreased then increased in its saturated solution at 10-50 ℃ ; At 60-80 ℃, it decreased at first, then increased and finally decreased ; When the pH was at 8 - 11, the total mass fraction of boron increased with the increasing of pH, and when the pH was 12, the total boron saturated concentration was increased at first and decreased at last.
