目的研究灯盏乙素的体外抗氧化活性.方法采用分光光度计和酶标仪,分别测定灯盏乙素体外总抗氧化能力与对DPPH、超氧阴离子和羟自由基的清除作用.结果灯盏乙素体外能明显清除ABTS·+,同时对DPPH、超氧阴离子和羟自由基也有明显的清除作用,其EC50分别为:64.2,82.9,71.6和43.3μmol/L.结论灯盏乙素体外具有明显的抗氧化活性.
Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity of seutellarin in vitro. Methods The total antioxidant capacity and the scavenging effects on DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical of seutellarin were measured by speetrophotometer and mieroplatereader. Results In vitro, seutellarin signifieantly increased the clearance rates of ABTS.+, DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical. The EC50 values were 64.2, 82.9, 71.6 and 43.3 μmol/L, respectively. Conclusion Seutellarin shows obvious antioxidant effects in vitro.
