为某汽油机建立其一维GT-POWER模型和三维FLUENT模型;将一维GT-POWER模型计算结果作为边界条件,输入FLUENT中完成发动机外特性的固液耦合传热模拟计算,并进行其温度场、水套的速度场和传热系数场等的分析。最后通过实验进行验证。
A 1D GT-POWER model and a 3D FLUENT model for a gasoline engine are built. The calculation results with 1D GT-POWER model are taken as the boundary conditions for the 3D FLUENT model to complete the simulation of solid / fluid coupling heat transfer with the temperature field,the flow velocity field of water jacket coolant and the heat transfer coefficient field of the engine analyzed. The results are verified by experiments in the end.
