为消解体育教师职业倦怠,提升体育教师职业认同,本文从心理学角度剖析了体育教师职业情感生成的过程,即感觉-认知-体验-反应。研究认为:体育教师职业的自我感受是职业情感生成的缘起、客观认知是职业情感生成的关键、情感体验是职业情感生成的判断、情感反应是职业情感生成的表现,并提出从"怠倦"到"认同"的职业情感生成策略。
To dispel the professional burnout of physical education teachers and improve their occupation identity, from psychology perspective, the paper analyzes the generation process of their professional emotion which includes sensory, cognitive, experience and reaction. The research draws the following conclusions : the professional self - perception of PE teachers is the origin of burnout or identity formation ; while the professional objective cognition of PE teachers is the key to burnout or identity formation ; emotional experience is the judgment of the professional burnout or identity formation; and the professional emotional reaction is the performance of burnout or identity formation. At last it puts forward the professional emotion generation strategy from "burnout" to "identity".
