目的为确定大叶紫珠最佳的采收期和采收部位提供科学依据。方法将湖南会同县大叶紫珠种植基地不同时期采收的根、茎、叶,采用95%乙醇超声提取3次,每次1 h,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果大叶紫珠总黄酮含量的积累随着植株的生长,总黄酮含量也随之变化,根、茎中总黄酮含量逐步增加,叶中总黄酮含量逐渐减少;不同药用部位总黄酮含量有显著差别,依次为：叶〉茎〉根。结论该项研究根据有效成分含量动态变化的规律为确定大叶紫珠最佳采收期和采收部位提供了一定的实验依据。
英文摘要：
Objective To study the best harvest times and medicinal part of Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl.Method The 95% ethanol was used for ultrasound extract three times,once an hour,and the total flavonoids content were tested by UV spectropnotometer.Result Total flavonolds accumulation of Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl.changed along with the growth of the plants,i.e.the contents increased gradually in the trunk and root decreased in leafs;and the contents of total flavonoids in different parts of the plant were significantly different,and the order was leafroottrunk.Conclusion This research can provide a foundation to determine the best harvest times and medicinal part of Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl.
