为了解工程建设之前铁黄沙水域浮游生物群落的结构及水质状况,2011年6月对该河段13个监测点进行浮游生物的调查。结果表明:铁黄沙水域浮游植物共有5门28属36种,浮游动物包括原生动物、轮虫、枝角类、桡足类,共有22种。铁黄沙水域不同断面浮游生物种类组成的不同,但整体看来,浮游植物组成以硅藻为主,浮游动物以轮虫为主。浮游生物量和密度在各个样点波动较大,从断面上表现为铁黄沙断面高于上游和下游断面,这是由于在各个样点种类组成和水文环境等差别造成的。根据所测数据对浮游生物多样性Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数进行计算,浮游植物Shannon-Wiener指数为1.84~2.80,平均为2.33,Pielou均匀度指数变动范围为0.74~0.97,平均为0.91;浮游动物Shannon-Wiener指数在1.24~2.10之间变动,平均为1.76,Pielou均匀度指数在0.456~0.813之间变动,平均为0.680。综合判定常熟铁黄沙河段浮游生物群落结构较为稳定,水质属于中度污染。
In order to understand the plankton community structure and water quality of the Changshu Tiehuangsha section of the Changjiang River at the prior period of the project,a survey was taken at the 13 river monitoring points in June 2011.36 species,28 genera and 5 phylum of phytoplankton were observed and 78 species of zooplankton including the Protozoa,the Rotifer class,the Cladocera,the Copepoda were also observed.The observation indicated that the plankton composition of diversity of the Tiehuangsha River was different at individual sample points.The Diatoms and rotifer were the dominant species in phytoplankton and zooplankton on the whole.The diversity index of plankton changed greatly at the different sample points.The biomass of the plankton in the Tiehuangsha section was larger than that in the upstream and downstream sections,which was due to the difference in species composition in individual samples and hydrological environment.The plankton diversity of Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou indexes calculated based on the measured data.The phytoplankton Shannon-Wiener indexes were between 1.84 to 2.80,the average value was 2.33,Pielou indexes changed in the range of 0.74-0.97,the average value was 0.91.The zooplankton ShannonWiener indexes changed between 1.24-2.10 with the average value of 1.76,Pielou indexes changes in the range of 0.456-0.813,the average value was 0.680.In summary,the Changshu Tiehuangsha section was classified as the moderately polluted,and the composition and structure of plankton community were relatively stable.
