目前实施建设的数字化变电站二次测控、保护系统都是基于工频和谐波分量信号,行波信号能否在数字化变电站中应用尚未见文献报道。针对该问题,探讨了数字化变电站中全频带故障信息利用的可行性方案,从三个方面分析了面临的主要问题,可能的解决方案以及相关技术难点:1)数据通信实时性约束下的行波暂态故障特征采集、提取、表达研究;2)传输行波暂态信息时,数字化变电站过程层通信网络性能评估;3)基于空域相关性滤波算法探讨不同故障频带间的特征延续性,提高数字化变电站中行波信号利用的可靠性。所做工作对于未来数字化变电站的通信网络设计及智能保护控制系统的建设,都将产生积极的影响。
Meters, control devices, and protections used in current digital protections are all designed based on power frequency and harmonics fault signals, while the feasibility of travelling wave signals with applications in digital substation is not reported as now. In response to this question, the feasibility analysis of full band fault signals with applications in digital substations is discussed in this paper from three points to issue the questions: 1) the sampling, analyzing and expressing of travelling wave signals with the constraints of communication real-time in digital substation; 2) the evaluations of network performance to communications at process level in digital substation; 3) spatial correlation filtering algorithm based full band fault analysis to enhance the reliability of travelling wave using. The content discussed in this paper will help the communication system design and the development of smart protection and control system in the rapidly developed digital substations.
