The effects of tangential influx from three directions on membrane distillation flux were studied. Some important membrane module structure parameters were discussed include the shape of the nozzle, the distance between inlet pipe and center of the circle, the distance from the front of the nozzle to the membrane surface, the angle between the nozzle and the radius of heating chamber, and the angle between the nozzle and the inlet pipe. The results showed that membrane distillation flux can be changed by adjusting these parameters.
