研究目的:富水地层隧道开挖易发生突水突泥,注浆为一种有效防范措施。本文基于颗粒流离散元方 法,研究围岩注浆对富水地层隧道开挖的影响,通过对岩体注浆过程进行细观动态模拟,研究不同注浆压力和 注浆孔布设方式下的注浆效果,从而为优化注浆方案提供参考。 研究结论:( 1)注浆压力的大小决定了最终浆液扩散形式,即注浆压力增大,注浆形式由渗透注浆变成劈 裂注浆;(2)通过颗粒流软件模拟出的动态效果及数据分析,验证了劈裂注浆是压密—劈裂—压密"劈裂的 动态过程,直至浆液的扩散压力不足以再劈裂围岩颗粒时趋于稳定;(3)多孔同时注浆时浆体很难进入到中 心位置;(4)基于本文的研究对象,劈裂注浆的效果优于渗透注浆,考虑过大注浆压力对岩土体的冲击作用, 工程应用时可尽量采用起劈压力进行劈裂注浆,且注浆时并不是较多的注浆孔同时注浆就能得到更好的效 果,要针对实际地质情况,合理安排注浆孔以及注浆顺序,避免地层薄弱点出现在多孔同时注浆的中心点处; (5)本研究成果可为软弱地层注浆孔的布置原则及注浆质量控制提供参考。
Research purposes: Water outburst and mud outburst is easy to happen in tunnel excavation of the rich water area. Grouting is an effective preventive measure. According to the particle discrete element method,this paper studies on the influence of grouting on tunnel in water rich area. Based on the dynamic simulation of the grouting process,this paper studies the grouting effect under different grouting pressure and grouting arrangement. The conclusions can provide reference for optimizing grouting arrangement. Research conclusions:(1) Grouting pressure determines the grouting diffusion model. The penetration grouting turns to the splitting grouting while grouting pressure increasing. (2)It is verified that splitting grouting is a process of compaction, splitting,re - compaction and re - splitting. ( 3 ) It is quite difficult for the slurry to enter into the center of the grouting hole when porous grouting. (4) Based on the research of this paper,the effect of splitting grouting is better than that of penetration grouting. Splitting grouting can be used in tunnel project. Porous grouting may not always work. According to geological conditions,reasonable arrangement of grouting holes and grouting sequence is essential. It is necessary to avoid the weak rock points in the center of the hole grouting. (5) The research results can provide the reference for the layout principle of grouting hole and grouting quality control in the weak strata.
