随着500 kV及以下变电站无人值守的全面实现,集中监控信息量也与日俱增。伴随着大量信息与数据快速处理的需求,大数据理论逐步引入电网领域。首先,以河北南网为例,对变电站集中监控模式及现状进行介绍;其次,基于大数据理论,对智能监控方案进行研究。该方案主要包括2方面:智能巡检与信号智能监视。该方案不仅可以协助监控员全面理解告警信号含义,弥补变电站值班员技术业务水平参差不齐带来的隐患,还能减轻变电站值班员的工作量,提高事故异常处理的准确性和快速性,保障电网的安全运行。
With the comprehensive implementation of 500 kV unattended substation,centralized monitoring information is growing.For the requirement of fast treatment of information data,big data theory has been gradually introduced in the field of power grid.Firstly,taking south of Hebei power grid as an example,substation centralized monitoring model present condition are introduced.Secondly,based on the theory of big data,intelligent monitoring solution is studied.This scheme mainly includes two aspects:intelligent inspection plan and signals intelligence suneillance.The scheme can not only assist controller to fully understand the meaning of alann signal,make up for the substation attendant techniques resulted from the varied level,also can lighten the load of transformer substation attendant,improve the accuracy speed of substation attendant,so as to guarantee the safe operation of power grid.
