制作了30个钢筋混凝土棱柱体,进行了干湿交替循环与自然暴露相结合的腐蚀试验。研究了箍筋锈蚀引起的混凝土保护层损伤劣化,并进一步讨论了保护层厚度、箍筋直径和箍筋间距对箍筋锈蚀的影响。结果表明:保护层厚度、箍筋直径和箍筋间距越小,箍筋锈蚀程度越大,混凝土保护层损伤越严重,即锈胀裂缝宽度越大,且箍筋直径对箍筋锈蚀的影响最为显著。
The corrosion tests on 30 groups of reinforced concrete prism body specimens were carried out for the dry-wet alternate cycle combined with natural exposure. The damage degradation of concrete cover caused by stirrup corrosion was researched. The influences of the concrete cover thickness, stirrup diameter and stirrup spacing on the stirrup corrosion were further discussed. The result shows that the smaller the concrete cover thickness, stirrup diameter and stirrup spacing are, the more serious the stirrup corrosion is and the more serious the concrete cover damage is. Namely the corrosive crack width is larger. The effect of the stirrup diameter on stirrup corrosion is the most influential.
