通过做出关系承诺提升联盟价值并促进组织创新是联盟管理的重要课题。基于交易成本的观点,本文探讨了如何应用不同的联盟控制方式以优化联盟价值提升效果并促进组织创新的研究框架。研究结论表明:关系承诺促进了资源识取和能力构筑的实现;社会控制正向调节承诺一能力构筑的关系强于契约控制,而契约控制正向调节承诺一资源识取的关系强于社会控制;资源识取更有利于渐进创新,而能力构筑既有利于渐进创新也有利于突变创新。
The process of enhancing alliance value and promoting innovation through relational commitment is an important subject of the alliance management. Based on the transaction cost view, this article proposes a research framework of how to apply different control mechanisms to optimize the alliance value and promote innovations. The findings show that relational commitment promotes both resource picking and capa- bility building; the positive moderating effect of social control on commitment capability building relationship is stronger than the effect of cont- met control, while the positive moderating effect of contract control on commitment resource picking relationship is stronger than the effect of social control; resource picking promotes more incremental innovation; while capability building promotes both incremental innovation and radical innovation.
