目的观察准分子激光治疗早期复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法对17例（20只眼）原发性翼状胬肉单纯切除术后2周，手术区角巩膜缘出现再生长或复发趋势的患者进行准分子激光治疗。结果随访6个月，17例（20只眼）无l例复发。结论准分子激光清除胬肉术后2周角巩膜缘新生血管及纤维增生组织，可作为防止翼状胬肉术后复发的一种有效方法。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of phototherapeutie keratectomy （VrK） on early re- current pterygium. Methods Twenty eyes with pterygium that had received the conventional surgery and trended to have recuned pteryginm on cornecscleral limbus in 2 weeks were treated with PTK prophylactically. Results No recrudesce was found in all cases in 6 months follow- up period. Conclusion PTK removes the new vessels and fibrous on corneoscleral llmhus in 2 weeks after conventional smgery. It is an effective treatment to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
