选取12只体重31kg左右的6月龄雄性阿勒泰大尾羊,随机分为对照组和肽苗免疫组。正试期第1天免疫,15d后加强免疫。每15天空腹称重后颈静脉采血,间隔15min采血1次,共采血4次,用于测定血液生理生化指标。第90天所有动物屠宰称量胴体重。结果表明:免疫肽苗15d后,绵羊可产生高水平的抗体,加强免疫1次后,抗体水平维持至第90天;绵羊免疫β2-AR肽苗对采食量和体增重均无显著影响,但免疫组屠宰率比对照组显著增加(P〈0.05)。血液指标分析表明:在免疫15d后饲喂前免疫组血糖水平比对照组升高21.74%(P〈0.05),60d时饲喂前免疫组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比对照组降低15.19%(P〈0.05);免疫组血液中甘油三酯水平始终低于对照组。结果显示:阿勒泰大尾羊主动免疫重组绵羊β2-AR第二外环肽可以产生抗体,具有降低血液甘油三酯水平的趋势,提高了阿勒泰大尾羊的屠宰率,但不影响绵羊的生长和采食量。
In order to provide a foundation for developing a peptide vaccine to promote growth and reduce fat deposition of domestic animal, this study was conducted to determine the effects of active immunization three adrenoceptor (AR) peptide vaccines( recombinant second extracellular loop of sheep β2-AR ) on growth performance and blood metabolites of Ahay sheep. Twelve six- month-ohl male sheep (BW 31 kg)were randomly allocated to control group and β2-AR immune group. In theexperiment period, sheep were immunized and boosted on the 1 and 15 day. Body weight were weighed every 15 d. Blood samples were collected 1 h beibre and after feeding 1 h on every 15 rain. On the 90 d, all animal sacrificed and dissected. Results showed that the sheep produced high levels of antibodies titer, and the immune antibody levels could be maintain to 90 d on the 15 d after peptide vaccine immunization in the immune group; The intake and body weight gain were not affected by the peptide, however, the slaughter rate increased significantly (P〈0.05);The blood biochemical parameters showed the glucose increased by 21.74% (P〈0.05) on 15 d, the LDL cholesterol decreased by 15.19 % (P〈0.05); the triglyceride levels in the immune group were always lower than that of the control group. The results suggest that antibody can be produced after the immunization; the antibody have the tendency to lower the blood triglyceride level and can improve the slaughter rate, but does not affect growth and feed intake of the sheep.
