为实现面向订单设计类复杂机电产品的核心平台规划,提出柔性产品平台的模块化再设计集成方法。在分析柔性平台模块类别和映射机理的基础上,建立柔性平台设计的软件支持系统。使用类组件的几何拓扑、物料流、能量流和信息流的流转分析,构建平台设计结构矩阵;采用改进的最小化凸函数算法实现设计结构矩阵的二维空间变换,并引入模糊C均值聚类算法进行聚类运算,快速获得聚类设计结构矩阵;通过聚类中心组件决定模块的属性,避免了综合决策的复杂运算。通过液压支架平台的模块化再设计证明了运算方法的高效性和鲁棒性。
To achieve key platform planning for complex mechatronics products of engineering to order, an integrated method for flexible product platform modular redesign was proposed. By analyzing the modular classification and mapping mechanism of flexible platform, a software supporting system for platform modular redesign was set up. Design Structure Matrix(DSM)of platform was constructed through analyzing classes' geometric topology, material flow, energy flow and information flow. An improved Scaling by Minimizing A COnvex Function(SMACOF) algo- rithm was used to realize 2D space transformation of DSM, and the Fuzzy C-Means(FCM)algorithm was introduced to acquire clustered DSM. The modular's attributs were set up with cluster center components to avoid the complex operation of multi-criteria decision making. The efficiency and robustness of the computational method were illustra ted by modular redesign for large-scale hydraulic supports platform.
