丝绸织物具有良好的手感和悬垂性,是研究织物悬垂性的优良材料。为研究织物悬垂性的影响因素,选择常见的15种丝绸面料,分别利用KES、织物悬垂仪等设备对其结构参数,拉伸、弯曲、剪切、摩擦等力学性能参数以及各种悬垂特性参数进行测量,然后对所测得的各项参数进行相关性分析,得出影响丝绸织物动静态悬垂性的影响因子序列。实验结果表明,丝绸织物动静态悬垂性受到多方面性能的影响基本相似,但弯曲性能和剪切性能对静态悬垂性的影响稍强一些,各影响因子中,纬向拉伸性能影响最大。
Silk fabric has good feeling and drapability,and it's a suitable material for study of fabric drapability.In order to study impact factors of dynamic drapability of silk fabric,15 kinds of common silk fabrics were selected to measure their structural parameters,mechanical properties such as stretching,bending,shear and friction and drapability characteristics by KES instrument,drapability measuring instrument and so on.Then,correlation analysis of the fabric parameters measured was done to acquire the impact factor sequence of dynamic and static drapability of silk fabric.Experimental results show that dynamic and static drapability of silk fabric suffers basic similar impacts in multiple aspects,but bending property and shear property strongly influence static drapability.Among all impact factors,weft tensile property imposes the greatest impact.
