以蓬藁叶为原料,采用乙醇作为提取溶剂,通过正交试验,探讨在微波辐射下微波功率、溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取级数对茶多酚提取率的影响,获得从蓬藁叶中提取茶多酚的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,微波辅助法从蓬藁叶中提取茶多酚的适宜工艺条件为:蓬藁叶在40%乙醇溶液中料液比(W:V)1:10,提取功率320W,提取时间60S,微波浸提2次,此条件下茶多酚提取率为88.78%。
The methodological condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the leaves of Rubus hirsutus Thunb. under microwave radition, using the ethyl hydroxide as the extracting agent was studied. The condition of the extraction in the experiment, the influent factors of the power of microwave radiation, concentration of the solvent, proportion between of the leaves and the solvent (g/mL), extracting time,stages of the extraction and times of the ethyl acetate extraction were studied. By microwave radition ,the proper condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the leaves could be obtained. By the experiment ,the proper condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the leaves under microwave radition was got 88.78% (mass percent) tea polyphenols was prepared with the 1 : 10 (W:V) proportion between of the leaves of the Rubus hirsutus Thunb. and the solvent, 40% concentration(V:V) of the ethyl hydroxide under the 320 W microwave radiation for 60 s, 2 times of extraction stage.
