本文将涡动力学理论引入可逆转轮内的双向三维流动诊断中,从叶片对流体做功能力分析过流部件的设计状况,通过对沿流线的截面上总压流积分的分解,找到产生对总压不良影响的动力学根源和位置,并利用叶片表面的边界涡量流分布来分析对叶片力矩产生不良影响的区域,为改进转轮流动设计提供直接的诊断依据。
The bidirectional flow of pump turbine runner is diagnosed by a new method based on the dynamic vorticit. In this method, the design of the runner is evaluated by the blade. The integral of the total pressure position normal to the streamlines is analyzed and obtained by the dynamic vorticit. The boundary vortex flux distribution of the blade is analyzed to obtain the negative contribution zone for the runner moment. This new method can provide the direct flow diagnosis for improvement of the pump turbine runner design.
