纯铝扭挤新型大塑性变形数值模拟

扭挤(Twist Extrusion,TE)是大塑性变形工艺中研究较少的一种,利用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对纯铝1100在室温下的扭挤变形进行模拟分析,得出了材料在扭挤通道中的变形特点,应力应变及载荷的大小与分布,以及摩擦条件的影响。模拟结果显示:TE过程中,变形主要发生在棱角处,边缘处应力应变远远大于中心处;在制件进入和被挤出螺旋通道时载荷急剧增大,最后略有降低;摩擦的增大导致应变分布不均匀性加剧,且使载荷显著增加。

英文摘要:

Twist extrusion is one of SPD methods,which is seldom researched.Pure aluminum(1100) was used to investigate the deformation of TE process at room temperature via finite element modeling(Deform-3D).The characteristics of deformation,the amount and distribution of effective stain,stress and load through the process of TE were obtained.The results show that the main deformation zone during the process of TE is distributed in the outer zone of the sample;the amount of effective strain and stress at the outer zone is larger than that at the center zone;the load significantly increases when the sample passes through the entrance and exit of TE channel and slightly decreases;with the increasing of friction factor,the distribution of effective strain is more asymmetric and the load enhances obviously.
