在异辛酸亚锡的催化下,以三溴乙醇作为引发剂,通过L-丙交酯一步开环聚合合成了端基含有溴原子的聚乳酸大分子引发剂PLLA-Br,为进一步通过ATRP反应制备聚乳酸嵌段共聚物奠定基础。利用GPC考察了PLLA-Br的数均分子量及分子量分布与反应时间的关系。FT—IR、^1H-NMR、DSC和TG等结果表明,PLLA-Br链端含有溴原子,属结晶聚合物,其结晶温度在104℃,熔融温度约为180℃,热分解温度高于200℃。
A polylactide macroinitiator (PLLA-Br) was synthesized from L-lactide through the one-step ring opening polymerization (ROP) which was catalyzed by Sn(Oct)2, and initiated by 2,2, '2'-Tribromoethanol . The relation of the number average molecular weight (Mn) as well as the polydispersity index(PDI) of the polymer and the reaction time was studied by Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC). The structure and thermal properties of PLLA-Br were further characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry ( FT-IR ), IH-NMR, differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and thermogravimetry(TG), respectively.
