介绍了水工自密实混凝土配合比的设计特点和设计步骤,重点研究了骨料对水工自密实混凝土配合比设计及其性能的影响。研究表明,骨料品种是影响水工自密实混凝土配合比设计参数的重要因素,对于大理岩人工骨料、灰岩人工骨料和正长岩天然骨料,最优单位体积粗骨料用量以及用水量分别为0.34、0.30、0.32 m3,以及180、165、170 kg,最优水粉比均在1.0左右。相同条件下,不同品种骨料自密实混凝土强度发展各异,耐久性良好。但是,采用天然骨料的自密实混凝土的抗压强度明显低于人工骨料混凝土。以上研究成果为制定电力行业标准《水工自密实混凝土试验规程》提供了重要依据。
The paper introduces the hydraulic self-compact concrete design characteristic and steps.The study was also emphasis on the effect of various aggregates on mixture design index and performance of hydraulic SCC.The results show that aggregate variety has the im- portant influence on the hydraulic SCC design parameter.For experimental artificial marble and limestone aggregates, and natural syenite aggregate, the optimal dosage of coarse aggregate per unit volume of SCC are 0.34,0.30 m3 and 0.32 m3 respectively.The optimal water contents are 180,165 and 170 kg respectively.However,the water to powder ratio for each aggregate is around 1.0.Strength developments are different for hydraulic SCC with different aggregate.Each concrete has favorable durability performance.The compressive strength of SCC with natural syenite aggregate is significantly lower than those with artificial aggregate.The research result provided the important base for the electric power industry standard "Technical specification of hydraulic self-compacting concrete".
