研究了新型TiB2基陶瓷刀具切削奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti时的切削性能。研究发现:BT30刀具表现出良好的切削性能。其中采用0°前角的刀具比-5°前角的刀具表现出更好的耐磨性。刀具的磨损形式为后刀面磨损和前刀面磨损,后刀面磨损机理为磨粒磨损,前刀面磨损机理为扩散磨损。
The cutting performance of TiB2 matrix composite ceramic tool in continuous machining stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti has been studied. It is shown that the wear resistance ability of BA30 is strong. The wear resistance of the tool with a rake angle of 0° is superior to that with a rake angle of 5°. The wear patters are tool flank and rake wear, as well as the wear mechanism of tool flank is abrasive wear, and that of the tool rake is diffusing wear.
