This paper analyzes the influence of New-type Urbanization on the real estate industry. Then,based on reference from experiences of the American real estate industry chain,researches Chinese real estate industry chain from vertical extension and horizontal expansion two aspects. Finally,sets up the reconstructed framework of Chinese real estate industry chain in New-type Urbanization. In the vertical plane,transfers the new growth point of Chinese real estate industry chain to both ends of the Smile Curve through combining with new elements and upgrading of the industrial structure. In the horizontal plane,forms the newly industry formats with the integration of emerging and sunrise industry.
