通过对某大尺寸扇形回转设备支撑方式的分析和对比,提出了采用多点球形滚动支撑的新方案。指明该方案较多辊式支撑有很多优点。并进行了接触强度分析、应力应变有限元模拟及抗压强度实验与滚动实验验证。采用该方案设计制造的低速增压风洞弧形密封门,运行灵活平稳,噪声低,完全满足使用要求,且其加工制造成本只是采用普通多辊式支撑的五分之一。
A new multipoint ball-rolling supporting method of large size revolving sector shape equipment was adopted under analyzing and comparision with the traditional supporting methods, the advantages of this new method were also pointed out. The contacting stress was calculated both by analytical and numerical simulation using FEM. The ball compression test and rotating test were completed. The has been used smoothly with lower noise. The service requirement has been satisfied completely, and the cost of multipoint ball support method equals one fifth of multi-roll support method.
