The customer preference for quality affect of the supply chain efficiency. Companies in supply chain seek to maximize their own interests with the goal of the whole supply chain conflict. We establish buyback contract model between the core enterprises in supply chain under the impact of customer preference for quality in a demand-uncertain environment. Analyze the optimal decision with the contract to get the optimal order quantity of supply chain and finally verified the result of the theoretical analysis using an numerical example.
