影响齿轮载荷系数选取的因素众多,其中大部分具有较强的模糊性。采用多级模糊综合评判方法可得到较理想的结果,但评判矩阵的建立复杂,且运算过程烦琐。Matlab具有强大的矩阵运算能力,可用于多级模糊综合评判的运算。基于Matlab的GUI开发平台,建立了载荷系数的模糊评判数学模型,编写了算法程序并开发了可脱离Matlab环境的软件。软件运行表明:通过初步选定载荷系数,输入备择集上下边界、齿轮精度等级、各影响因素的权重和等级隶属度,可生成备择集和评判矩阵,再进行三级模糊综合评判,从而把评判精度限定在可接受的范围之内。
The gear load coefficient is complex because of the numerous effect factors, and most of these factors are fuzzy. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is beneficial to design the value of gear load coefficient, but the establishment and calculation of fuzzy judgment matrix are extraordinary complex. The Matlab is powerful in matrix operation and suited to the calculation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In this research, the mathematical model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of gear load coefficient is established on GUI developing platform of Matlab, and the software for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of gear load coefficient is developed. By the inputs of the evaluation, set boundary value and the class of gear, this software generate the fuzzy judgment matrix and obtain perfect accuracy of evaluation results.
