随着高职院校护理专业学生的扩招,患者自我保护意识增强以及相关法律措施的出台,护理教学资源缺乏与需求增加之间的矛盾日益严峻。如何在护理教学资源相对不足的情况下,确保护理学生临床实践能力的培养是护理教育亟需解决的问题。"标准化病人教学方式"是指利用标准化病人设计出接近临床实际的情境案例以促进学生学习的一种教学方法。作为一种客观、有效的教学手段,为解决这一问题提供了一个新方向。目前国内标准化病人教学方式的应用在护理教育中发展比较缓慢。该文借鉴循环互动式分组讨论-批判法,结合CBL(Case-Based Learning,CBL)在标准化病人教学案例编制中的构建,提高标准化病人在护理教学中的使用效果。
With the expansion of nursing students in vocational colleges, the self-protection consciousness of patients and the introduction of relevant legal measures, the contradiction between the lack of nursing teaching resources and the increase of demand is becoming more and more serious. How to ensure the nursing students' clinical practice ability is the urgent problem that nursing education needs to be solved in the case of nursing teaching resources is relatively insufficient. "Standardized patient teaching" refers to the use of standardized patients to design close to the clinical situation of the case to promote students to learn a teaching method. As an objective and effective teaching methods, which provides a new direction to solve this problem. At present, the application of domestic standardized patient teaching methods in the development of nursing education is relatively slow. This paper draws on circular interactive group discussion-critical method, combined with CBL in standardized patient teaching. The construction of the case, to improve the effect of standardized patients in nursing teaching.
