Non-governmental, voluntary and other characteristics of NGO determine that the conduct of members depends largely on the relation and interaction between members.When environmental and personal factors have weaker constraints on the proliferation of negative behavior, analysis on the proliferation of negative behavior through social network perspective is themost predictable.Based on the social network,we deduce themechanismand principle of negative behavior proliferation. The type and structure of membership affect the proliferation of negative behavior in an interactive process through the peer-to-peer path and bond path. To prevent the negative behavior proliferation of NGO, we should start from the NGO members’social networks.
