随着市场竞争的加剧,灵活多样的用工方式得到越来越多企业的关注,其中尤以劳务派遣方式的发展最为迅速,但国内外不同背景下产生的劳务派遣模式从出现伊始就有很大不同。本文分别分析了基于双重道德风险的用工单位主导型和派遣单位主导型两种不同类型的劳务派遣激励问题,并在各自分析的基础上,对比分析了两种不同类型劳务派遣模式中派遣单位的努力水平、被遣劳动者的努力水平、用工单位的利润水平、派遣单位的利润水平以及劳务派遣行业整体收益等指标,从而得到不同情形下的最优劳务派遣模式。最后,通过数值算例对其进行模拟分析,为企业实践提供帮助。
With market competition intensifying,more and more enterprises pay attention to flexible employing way,especially the labor dispatching way which developed most rapidly.But the labor dispatching pattern under different background at home and abroad was very different from the start of the appearance.This paper analyzes respectively two types of labor dispatching:the employer leading and dispatch leading incentive mechanism based on dual moral hazard.Accordingly,it analyzes comparatively the effort level of the labor dispatching agency and the flexible workers,the profit level of the hospitality sectors and the labor dispatching agency and the overall benefits of labor dispatching business under two different labor dispatching pattern.The optimal dispatching models under different situations are obtained.Last,it makes a simulation analysis through a numerical example.This study helpful for enterprise practice.
