以废旧钴酸锂电池为原料制备钴粉

利用柠檬酸和双氧水作为浸出剂对预处理得到的正极活性物质进行还原浸出.采用联氨液相还原方法从柠檬酸浸出液中制备钴粉,并通过研究不同反应条件对柠檬酸浸出液中钴还原率的影响从而找出最佳制备条件.研究结果表明:最佳制备条件为反应温度为80℃、联氨与钴的物质的量比为2.5,反应时间为30 min,pH值为12.在此条件下,柠檬酸浸出液中钴的还原率超过90%,制备出的钴粉为混晶型细球形钴粉,平均粒径为0.62μm.

An innovative process was proposed for the preparation of cobalt powders from spent lithi‐um ion batteries (LIBs) ,which includes pretreatment ,acid leaching ,preparation of cobalt powder proce‐dures .First ,cathode active materials obtained after pretreatment were leached with citric acid and hydrogen peroxide .T hen target product of cobalt pow ders can be obtained by hydrazine reduction of Co ions in the leaching solution .The optimal conditions for preparing cobalt powder were obtained by contrast experi‐ment .T he experiment results show that over 90 % cobalt can be recovered as cobalt pow ders under the op‐timal conditions of reaction temperature‐80 ℃ ,molar ratio of N2 H4/Co^2+ -1∶2 .5 ,reaction time‐30 min and pH=12 .The obtained cobalt powders posses two mixed phase of hcp and ccp .The morphology of co‐balt pow ders obtained is spherical and the average particle size of obtained cobalt pow der is 0 .65 μm .
