英文摘要：

On the basis of contractual reference point effect, construction contract can be taken as reference point to identify and determine fairness concerns which can induce contractor＇s fairness per- ception. Through a two-stage content analysis, this study encoded clauses of typical metro construc- tion contracts, and identified seven fairness concerns which influence contractor＇s fairness perception. It shows that clause.s of risk responsibility, risk compensation and risk return can cause contractors＇ distributive fairness perception. Clauses of participation in decision-making and rights restriction can influence contractors＇procedural fairness perception. Clauses of two-way communication and coordi- nation can influence contractors＇ interactional fairness perception.
