研制的屋面保温材料是以级配优化的废弃膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒作为保温骨料,以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,掺入适量纤维和添加剂配制而成。该材料节能利废、保温性能好、成本低。对聚苯颗粒级配优化进行了分析,并归纳了该保温材料生产配合比设计方法。
The developed thermal insulation roofing material takes waste EPS optimized grain composition as thermal insulation aggregate, normal Portland centent as main cententitious material and adding proper amount of fiber and admixtures. It has advantages of energy-saving, making use of waste, excellent thermal insulation and low cost etc. Analysis is also made on optimizing EPS grain composition and the design mix method for production of the thermal insulation material is summarized.
