利用形状记忆合金的超弹性特性和应变自感知特性,开发了sMA阻尼器/位移传感器,集成结构振动控制与监测智能系统,安装在结构层间抑制结构地震响应,同时监测结构响应,为地震后结构快速安全评定提供数据。文中首先对奥氏体状态SMA的超弹性特性和应变自感知特性进行了详细的试验研究;然后详细阐述了SMA阻尼器/位移传感器的构造设计;最后将SMA阻尼器/位移传感器安装在结构模型上进行了振动台试验,验证了该装置的有效性。
A novel SMA damper/displacement transducer utilizing pseudoelastic property and strain self-sensing property of SMA material was proposed by authors in this paper. This device can be incorporated into stories of building to mitigate structural seismic responses; meanwhile, interstory drifts of building can also be monitored by this device, which is used for safety assessment of structure after earthquake. First, the pseudoelastic property and strain self-sensing property of NiTi SMA wires were studied through a series of tests. Second, construction of the SMA damper/displacement transducer was introduced in detail. Finally, a series of shaking table tests of a building model incorporated with the SMA dampers/displacement transducer are carried out. The drift recorded by SMA dampers/displacement transducers is almost the same with that recorded by displacement transducer (LVDT).
