以20种不同棉花基因型品种为材料,采用水培的方法,对不同供磷水平下棉花幼苗的生长性状和磷效率指标进行评价。结果表明:缺磷处理7d后,棉花不同基因型幼苗的株高、地上部干重、生物量和磷吸收效率指标均明显低于正常供磷水平,但根干重和磷利用效率指标较正常供磷水平有所增加,且在不同供磷水平下各性状基因型间差异均达极显著水平。棉花不同基因型间各性状相对值变异较大,其中相对磷吸收效率变异系数最大,相对株高变异系数最小。相关分析显示,相对磷吸收效率与相对地上部干重、相对生物量存在显著的正相关,相对根干重与相对磷利用效率存在显著的正相关。以相对磷吸收效率、相对磷利用效率、相对地上部干重、相对根干重和相对生物量的平均值作为综合指标,共筛选出3个棉花磷高效基因型和3个棉花磷敏感基因型。
The hydroponic culture experiment with different phosphorus (P) levels was carried out to investigate plant growth and P efficiency for 20 different cotton genotypes. Under the phosphorus deficiency stress treatment for 7 days, the plant height, dry shoot weight, biomass and P uptake efficiency was lower than that at normal phosphorus level in different cotton genotypes, but the dry root weight and P use efficiency was increased as compared with that at the normal P level. In addition, the genotypic difference in each trait was significantly different. The relative value in each trait dem- onstrated a large genotypic variation. The variation coefficient of relative P use efficiency and relative plant height was maximum and minimal respectively. Correlation analysis showed that relative P uptake efficiency was significantly positive correlated with relative dry shoot weight and relative biomass~ The relative P use efficiency was significantly positively correlated with relative dry root weight. Using the tive dry shoot weight, relative biomass and relative us efficiency genotypes and 3 phosphorus sensitive average of relative P uptake efficiency, relative P use efficiency, rela- dry root weight as comprehensive index, we selected 3 high phosphor- genotypes.
