近年来兴起的稀磁性半导体纳米晶体(DMSNC)是一种新型的半导体材料,由于其优异的光电磁性能得到了国内外研究人员的重视,并取得了快速发展,有望在多个领域得到应用。本文对以胶体法制备的Mn^2+掺杂的ZnS、ZnSe、CdS、CdSe等为代表的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族DMSNC的主要研究进展和掺杂原理进行了综述,指出了现阶段所存在的问题,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
Diluted magnetic semiconductor nanocrystal (DMSNC) is a new type of semiconductor materials. Because of their special optical, electrical and magnetic properties as well as their promising applications in various aspects, DMSNCs have drawn great attentions and the research on the DMSNCs has developed quickly in recent years. In this article, the main research progress and doping mechanism of the Mn^2+ doped Ⅱ-Ⅵ ZnS, ZnSe, CdS and CdSe DMSNCs prepared by colloidal method were reviewed. In addition, the problems existing at present and the future development of the DMSNCs were also discussed.
