转型企业再造技术能力时不但要考虑新进入产业的因素，而且受原有技术资源的影响．运用系统动力学模型分析了技术能力再造的路径；通过案例研究，提炼出转型企业再造技术能力的战略模式；在此基础上，分析了影响战略模式选择的关键因素．
英文摘要：
Two factors should be considered when technological capability is reengineered during the industry conversion. One is the factor of the new industry, the other is technology resource in the original industry. System dynamics model is used to analyze the evolution path of technological capability reengineering in order to study the strategic choice of reengineering. Strategic patterns of reengineering are put forward based on ease study. Moreover, the key factors of the pattern choice are analyzed.
