通过对我国五省区企业质量管理实践的调查,对中国企业质量管理现状进行了整体评价。在此基础上,依据全国质量奖评奖标准,对企业质量管理成熟度进行了聚类分析,并检验了组织背景对企业质量管理实践实施的影响。研究发现：中国企业拥有一定的质量管理基础,但核心管理实践还比较薄弱;中国企业质量管理成熟度可以分为四个层次,处于不同成熟度的企业,其质量管理存在显著的差异;此外,企业规模对实施质量管理实践具有显著的影响。
英文摘要：
This paper gave an overall assessment of quality management in China using data collected from firms in five provinces of China and classified firms by cluster analyses based on China Quality Award（CQA）,and examined the influence of organization context on the implementation of quality management practices.The results indicate that Chinese have the infrastructure of quality management with weak core quality management.Quality management maturity can be clarified into four levels,and firms in different maturity level will have significant different quality management.Moreover,firm scale will influence the implementation of quality management significantly.
