Based on the description of definition of clinical curative effective and drug classification pricing and price adjustment, this article puts forward the assumption and practice steps of pricing and price-adjusting, which is helpful to make the drug prices return to norm. Pricing and price-adjusting based on classification of drug clinical curative effect level widen differences in price according to difference in therapeutic effect. In contrast with other ways of pricing and price-adjusting,this way is more scientific and superior, which is advantageous to the optimal allocation of resources.
