以介电弹性体材料VHB4910为基底,添加高介电性能填充物(氨纶纤维)制成双层夹心复合材料,测试复合材料的介电性能和复合材料驱动器的驱动性能,并分析了其介电性能提高与偶极子的取向极化及分子链上极性基因活性的关系。结果表明:添加氨纶纤维的复合材料具有更好的介电性能和驱动性能,与介电弹性体驱动器相比,复合材料驱动器具有更为优越的驱动性能。
A composite with sandwich structure was prepared from base material VHB4910 and filler material polyurethane fiber. The dielectric property of the composite and actuating properties of the com- posite actuator were tested, and the relationship among dielectric property increase of composite, orienta- tion polarization of dipole and activity of polar group on molecular chain was analyzed. The results show that the composite with polyurethane fiber has better dielectric property, and the composite actuator has better actuating properties than the dielectric elastomer actuator.
