The problem of profit sharing is one of the very important research fields in management. Most enterprises will go though carve out phase. It is important to study the problem of profit sharing in an innovative venture during this phase. This paper studies the problem through principal-agent theory, and gives some suggestions on the profit sharing mode based on the result of the research.
