目的观察桡神经浅皮支疾病在超声检查中的超声图像表现,并探讨其应用价值。方法对桡神经浅皮支疾病患者45例的诊治资料进行回顾性分析,并与临床资料进行对比分析。结果超声检查桡神经浅皮支一级分支前病变10例,分支后病变35例。肿瘤1例,神经发育不良1例,创伤后完全断裂6例,创伤后神经重度损伤10例,轻中度损伤21例,残端神经瘤2例,周围软组织肿瘤包绕浅皮支神经1例,术后改变3例。经手术或临床检查证实。超声诊断与临床诊断基本相符。结论超声对显示桡神经浅皮支病变的部位及类型具有良好的应用价值,应成为桡神经浅皮支影像学诊断的重要手段。

英文摘要：

Objective To observe the features of superficial cutaneous branches of radial nerve disease in high frequency ultrasound and discuss the application value.Methods Retrospective analysis the sonographic records of 45 patients with superficial cutaneous branches of radial nerve disease from and compared with the findings of clinical data.Results Superficial cutaneous branches of radial nerve lesion 10 cases before branch and 35 cases after branch found by ultrasonic diagnosis.Among which confirmed by surgery or clinical examination,1case tumor,1case nerve dysplasia,6cases complete rupture after trauma,10 cases severe traumatic nerve injury,21 cases mild to moderate injury,2cases amputation neuroma,1case nerve surrounded by soft tissue tumor,3cases postoperative change.Ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical diagnosis were consistent.Conclusions Ultrasound was useful in evaluating superficial cutaneous branches of radial nerve disease including location and type,which should be an important imaging method in diagnosing.
