Based on the literature, logical analysis and other research methods, the problems of the service of the Democratic League of Shenyang for sports culture are studied deeply. First the definition and value of sports culture are elaborated, then the specific measures is proposed about Shenyang Democratic League＇s services for physical culture construction at this stage, to dig and refining sports spirit deeply to carry forward the cultural essence of sports; to serve for the National Games in construction, and strictly fulfill their supervisory functions~ to join the tide of the national fitness, and strive to become a force in physical fitness; to boost sports economy pattern, and promote Shenyang comprehensive revitalization. The main purpose is to provide useful information and reference for the development of sports culture and to promote the overall revitalization of Shenyang City and Liaoning Province.
