根据TOE框架和企业资源理论提出了电子商务战略感知模型,并纳入创新扩散阶段和组织规模两个调节变量.基于我国六个传统行业的调查数据,通过逐级回归发现,复合型人力资源、IS整合效果的感知是识别电子商务能力的主要影响因素.交互效应显示,调节变量仅对共享信息能力的识别存在显著影响,企业规模具有复杂的交互作用.最后就如何提高传统企业电子商务的成功机率提出了建议.
Based upon the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework and resource-based view of firm (RBV) , it introduces an e-business strategic perception model, which incorporates two important moderating variables of e-business diffusion stage and organizational scale. From a survey of 105 traditional firms with e-business adoption in six industries, it applies hierarchical regression to find that perception of iner-diseiplinary human resource and information systems integration positively affect the identification of e-business capability while the effect of competitive environment is not statistically significant. Interaction effect from organizational scale only affects identification of information sharing capability. Finally, it provides suggestions for traditional enterprises to improve their implementation of e-business.
